Who we are

HIG.Studio is the photography, film, and visual content brand of High Impact Group. This policy covers hig.studio and information shared with us about quinceañeras, weddings, restaurants, construction, hotels, real estate, drone, and podcast projects projects. Information you provide

Inquiries may include your name, email, phone number, project location, preferred date, service, collection, content needs, coverage, budget, and message. Podcast inquiries may include recording location, occasion, participants described in your message, and requested audio, video, or editing services. Some fields are optional. Invoice-link requests collect your name, email, phone number, and invoice number so we can review the request against our billing records and respond to the verified billing contact. These fields do not authenticate an account. Please do not send card numbers, government identification, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form. Project communications may also include agreements, production instructions, photographs, video, audio, and delivery information when needed for an agreed service.

How we use information

We use this information to respond, check availability, prepare proposals, plan and deliver agreed work, manage billing, and resolve questions. Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond about that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to promotional email or text campaigns. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Forms, cookies, and technical records

The inquiry form sends your message to our email inbox. The website does not maintain a customer database. A first-party session cookie supports form security. The server uses a hash derived from your network address and submission timestamps to limit abuse. Hosting and email providers may keep operational logs, including network addresses and request information. This website currently includes no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. It does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals, because it does not use cross-site advertising tracking.

Estimates, invoices, and payments

This website collects project inquiries and does not accept payments or forward form details automatically to a checkout. We use your inquiry to discuss scope and availability and prepare an estimate. After your approval and agreement on booking terms, we send an invoice directly. We may enter necessary contact and project information into Wave to prepare estimates, invoices, and related business records.

Payment instructions are included with your invoice. If you pay through Wave, payment and billing details are handled under its Customer Privacy Policy. HIG.Studio does not collect card information through this website. We may receive transaction records from Wave for billing and reconciliation.

Direct contact

If you choose the WhatsApp link, you leave this website and communicate through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We use the messages you send to respond to your request. The website does not embed a WhatsApp tracking widget.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by hosting and email providers, Wave for payments, and production or delivery providers needed for your agreed project. We share information for those purposes, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or to protect against fraud and abuse. Gallery or other third-party services used for a project may have their own privacy notices. Providers may process data in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Photographs, films, and minors

Our booking and inquiry services are intended for adults, including parents or guardians arranging celebrations. We do not knowingly collect online inquiries from children under 13. If a child submitted information, contact us to request its removal. An adult must arrange services involving minors. A service booking is not itself permission to publish identifiable client images for advertising: portfolio or promotional use requires appropriate separate permission, including parent or guardian authorization where applicable.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry, project, and payment records as needed to handle requests, fulfill agreements, maintain required business records, and resolve disputes. Retention varies by record type and applicable obligations; this policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion date. File delivery and gallery availability periods are specified in the project agreement. Form validation, session protections, and access controls help protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Email privacy@hig.studio to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, or to stop optional follow-up. We may need to verify your identity. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law; some information may need to remain for active projects, accounting, legal obligations, or disputes. Requests about information controlled independently by Wave should also be directed to Wave. You may decline optional form fields or contact us directly by email.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using existing information in a materially different way.
