HIG.STUDIO · HIGH IMPACT GROUP
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Clear expectations for using our website and planning a photography, film, or content project.
Our services and these terms
HIG.Studio is a creative brand of High Impact Group offering photography, cinematic video, and visual content for quinceañeras, weddings, restaurants, construction, hotels, real estate, drone, and podcast projects. These terms describe website use and our general service framework. The legal provider and billing entity are identified in your project agreement and payment documents. Contact hello@hig.studio for proposals, questions, changes, or cancellation requests.
Proposals and booking
An inquiry does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed when we have agreed the scope in writing and completed the booking requirements stated in your proposal, including any specified payment. The agreement should identify the service, date, location, coverage, crew, deliverables, price, payment schedule, delivery estimate, and usage rights. You must be at least 18 and authorized to book for the client; a parent or guardian must arrange services involving minors.
Collections and custom work
The published quinceañera collections are photography-only. Video, albums, prints, additional crew, and other extras are included only when expressly listed. Wedding, restaurant, construction, hotel, real estate, and combined photo/video work are quoted individually. Confirm the number of images, film length, coverage, locations, and included revisions before booking. Additional work, travel, overtime, permits, and third-party costs require agreement; no unlisted charge is authorized merely by browsing this site.
Prices and payment
Website prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before payment. We email an estimate after reviewing your inquiry. After you approve it and agree to the booking terms, we send an invoice directly. The project agreement specifies whether a payment is a deposit, installment, or full balance. Review the invoice amount and description against the accepted estimate and contact us about discrepancies before paying. This website does not accept payments. The “Pay an invoice” button submits a request for an invoice link. We review the supplied name, email, phone, and invoice number and respond to the verified billing contact. It is not an account login or an automated invoice lookup.
Payments are processed through Wave for High Impact Group under Wave’s payment terms. Submitting the HIG.Studio inquiry form does not generate an invoice automatically or confirm payment. Payment status is verified through Wave. Payment alone does not expand or change the agreed scope.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Send requests to hello@hig.studio promptly, with your name, project date, and invoice reference. Your written booking agreement must disclose any deposit treatment, cancellation deadlines, rescheduling charges, and refund conditions before payment. These website terms do not create an automatic nonrefundable deposit, a blanket no-refund policy, or a fixed cancellation fee.
Rescheduling depends on availability and an agreed revised scope. Where the agreement does not address a situation, we will review it with you, considering work performed and disclosed commitments, subject to applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or statutory cancellation rights.
Production access and cooperation
Clients must arrange agreed access, accurate schedules, venue permission, and permission to use supplied brand assets. Discuss filming restrictions, privacy needs, participant permissions, and key shots before production. Commercial projects should identify intended distribution, locations, talent, and music needs. Construction sites must provide safe access and site instructions. Aerial work, if quoted, depends on lawful flight conditions, permissions, weather, and a qualified operator.
Podcast and family recordings
All podcast services are quoted separately, including those arranged at weddings or quinceañeras. Recording, video capture, editing, studio or mobile setup, and distribution are included only when expressly listed in that separate estimate. A surprise for the recipient does not mean covert recording: participants must know they are being recorded, participation is optional, and appropriate parent or guardian authorization is needed for minors. Public or promotional use requires separate permission.
Creative work and delivery
We agree the creative direction and deliverables before production. Live events, lighting, weather, access restrictions, and participant cooperation can affect coverage; individual moments cannot always be staged or repeated. We will communicate material issues and discuss suitable adjustments. Image counts, turnaround, revision rounds, formats, and gallery availability are governed by the accepted scope. RAW photographs, unedited footage, and editable project files are not included unless expressly agreed. Download delivered files during the agreed availability period; ongoing archiving is a separate service unless included.
Copyright and usage rights
Payment for production does not by itself transfer copyright. Ownership and licenses must be stated in the project agreement, including any rights held by independent creators or third-party licensors. Published quinceañera collections include personal printing rights for delivered images. Commercial projects require a license suited to the intended channels, advertising, duration, and territory. Copyright transfers, exclusivity, sublicensing, and work-made-for-hire arrangements require a separate written agreement where applicable. Music and other third-party materials remain subject to their licenses.
Portfolio permission and website imagery
Booking or paying does not automatically authorize HIG.Studio to use identifiable client photographs or films in advertising or its portfolio. Appropriate permission is handled separately, including authorization for minors where applicable. Some website imagery is generated or illustrative and communicates creative direction; it is not presented as proof of a completed client commission or a guarantee of identical results.
Unexpected disruption and service concerns
If illness, severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or another serious disruption affects a project, we will notify you promptly and discuss the options available under the agreement and applicable law, such as an approved replacement, rescheduling, or an appropriate refund for undelivered services. Contact us about delivery or quality concerns so we can review them against the agreed scope. These website terms do not impose an automatic liability cap or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Website use, privacy, and third parties
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false information, interfere with its security, or copy site content beyond uses permitted by law or permission. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party checkout and delivery services operate under their own terms. We do not promise uninterrupted website access, business revenue, sales, bookings, audience growth, or a specific social media result.
Agreement priority and changes
An accepted project agreement governs the specific booking and takes priority over these general terms where they conflict, subject to mandatory law. If a estimate, invoice, or website package differs, ask us to resolve it in writing before payment; this page does not silently change an existing booking or remove agreed deliverables. Future updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change accepted project terms. Applicable law and any agreed dispute process should be addressed in the project agreement; these website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of court rights.
